CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS

I generally do not offer refunds if you can’t make an event, because a significant amount of work and financial layout is completed before the event even starts, like paying for the venue, food and catering based on tickets sold, hiring speakers, background research on attendees, space planning, etc. My official cancellation policy is below. However, if you have an emergency and cannot attend, please email me and I’ll see what I can do. If I have to cancel a class for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • 21+ days in advance: email me and you’ll receive a full refund.

  • 14-21 days before an event, no refunds given, but you can roll over the price paid to another event within 60 days.

  • Less than 14 days before an event, no refunds are given. You can transfer your ticket to someone - email me the new name.

  • Did you forget, and miss an event? No refund will be given. If I gave out materials, I’ll email them to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONSULTING SESSIONS AND GROUP TRAININGS

Consulting sessions, group trainings and private workshops are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, email me no later than 48 hours prior to our session. If you are a no-show to your session, I will not reschedule, but you will receive the written agenda and my individualized notes via email within 2 business days.

REFUND POLICY FOR VIRTUAL COURSES

Virtual items purchased are non-refundable, but please reach out if you have any issues, etc.
