Cancellation policy for consulting sessions, coaching, and virtual staff trainings
Consulting sessions, coaching sessions, and virtual staff trainings are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, email me at least 3 days prior to our session, and I will do my best to accommodate a new time. Alternatively, if you no longer wish to personally use your session, you can email me at least 3 days prior to our scheduled session and transfer the session(either to a specific person of your choice - emailing me their name and email address - or someone who needs my services pro bono). Their session must be held within 6 months of your initial purchase.
If you are a no-show to your session, I will not reschedule. However, if you email me within 3 days of your scheduled session, I will email you any individual or group notes or worksheets that I prepared (not necessarily available for all sessions).
If you have an emergency, please notify me immediately - I will see what I can do.
If I need to reschedule, I will give you as much notice as possible.
Cancellation policy for virtual (on-demand) courses and workbooks
Virtual courses and workbooks are non-refundable, but please reach out if you encounter any issues with your download or the video courses.
Cancellation policy for public workshops and events
Please note:
I do not have control over events ticketed through any other site except www.AllisonBishins.com. Please contact the organizer for their cancellation policy.
If I cancel a public workshop (ticketed through my site) for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Public workshops (ticketed through my site) are generally not refundable, because time, effort, and expenses are committed well before the event occurs. However, I offer these options as a courtesy, available only via email.
Many of my workshops and events are recorded. If it is recorded, the replay link will be sent automatically to registered attendees. Please check the replay policy at the original event page before reaching out.
21+ days before an event: Email me and you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
7-`20 days before an event: No refund is available. However, you can choose one of these options: 1) roll over the price paid to a virtual, on-demand workshop or workbook, 2) transfer your ticket to another person [email me their name and email address], or 3) donate your ticket to an anonymous scholarship attendee.
2-6 days before an event: No refund is available. However, you can choose from one of these options: 1) you can transfer your ticket to another person. [Email me their name and email address at least 24 hours before the event.] Or 2) you can donate your ticket to an anonymous scholarship attendee.
Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund is available.
Did you miss an event? No refund is available. If the event was recorded, you will receive a replay link automatically.
Cancellation policy for keynote speeches, private workshops, and talks
Payment is required for private events, keynotes, and other workshops/talks/sessions, even if you cancel (refer to our contract for more information). If you have an emergency, please reach out to see whether the session can be rescheduled. Note: events where I have arranged or anticipated travel to your event are fully non-refundable and payment is required, even if you cancel.
